WIREGRASS REGION

                       

 

Welcome to the Wiregrass Region, Southeast Division of the Sports Car Club of America. Wiregrass Region SCCA is is a collection of automotive enthusiasts located in and around Dothan, Alabama. Thank you for visiting our site, we hope you will find it informative and entertaining. Feel free to contact any of our Officers for more information, and we look forward to having you join us at one of our events.

Meetings are normally held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm at Mama Rosa's Pizza on the Circle in Dothan, Alabama. Check the Maps/Directions page for driving directions to the meeting site.

We also try to hold monthly Solo 2 events at Hunt Army Air Field located between Dothan and Ozark, AL. These are usually held the 2nd Sunday of each month. Check the Maps/Directions page for driving directions to the Solo 2 site. Check out the Solo 2 page for further information on our Autocross program.

Each year we host a Divisional level Solo 1 event at Skelly Field located between Enterprise and Opp, Alabama. Check the Maps/Directions page for driving directions to the Solo 1 site. Dates for this event are Memorial Day Weekend in May of each year. Check the Solo 1 page for the Southeast Divisional schedule and for further information on our Solo 1 program.

Events, Results, Points, etc:

Participant information given on entry forms (including, but not limited to: car number, car make, car model, and car class) may be used on the Wiregrass Region website as it pertains to event results and points standings. Participant data collected during the event (including, but not limited to: times and penalties) may also be used on the website. If the participant wishes not to be identified on the website, a request can be made to the webmaster to remove some or all information pertaining to that participant (including, but not limited to: first name, last name, car make, and/or car model).

Photos used on this website are often borrowed from where they are posted elsewhere on the public internet. If the owner wishes they be removed, please send an e-mail to the regional executive and it will be removed.
